The Body Resilient: Yoga, Your Nervous System and Your Life at Wanderlust Yoga

Resiliency is our ability to bounce back from times of stress and difficulty, and our bodies are key to finding, maintaining and rebuilding this skill. Based on the work of Dr. Peter Levine, this training introduces skills from Somatic Experiencing and shows you how to use them as a lens for regulating your own nervous system, both on and off the mat, and gives teachers a way to bring this work into the classroom to keep themselves steady, and their classes more balanced and approachable.

Whether you are seeking life skills to help you both on and off the mat, or you are a teacher who wants to be more aware of your own regulation and develop skills for co-regulation, this weekend will lay the foundation for being more grounded, centered and joyful.
