Body Resilient programs help us reframe the way we encounter challenges. We learn to connect more intelligently and consistently to our body and breath, and in this way to attend to ourselves well so we can attend to outer circumstances and relationships with wisdom and presence.
This two-hour program introduces a handful of exercises you can use anywhere, anytime to work with anything that comes your way. Session unpacks the theories behind the work while giving ample opportunity for experiential learning, questions, and feedback. All Body Resilient programs emphasize integration over implementation. Rather than giving you a new way of doing, we work to help you establish a grounded and authentic way of being.
