Yin + Restore is the perfect place to unwind your day. Longer holds in supported poses allows your body to rest while working on connective tissues. By placing positive stress (eustress) we encourage a more resilient physical body, and by guiding attention to breathing and feeling, we encourage a more resilient mind. This practice builds inroads to meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) and gives you a place to land and learn to “be with” all that is present with kindness and curiosity.
