Bouncing back from times of difficulty to live your best life!
Resiliency is our ability to bounce back from times of stress and difficulty, AND our bodies are key to finding, maintaining and rebuilding this skill. Based on the work of Dr. Peter Levine, this training introduces skills from Somatic Experiencing© and shows you how to use them as a lens for regulating your own nervous system, both on and off the mat. Whether you are seeking life skills to help you both on and off the mat, or you are a teacher or therapist who wants to be more aware of your own regulation and develop skills for co-regulation, this series will lay the foundation for learning to live life and do your work more grounded, centered and joyful.
All meetings will be LiveStreaming and recorded in case you have to miss any session. Handouts are included via email.
