Your body is your home—how fully do you inhabit it? Your history, your legacy, your psyche, your soul—these all reside in a place we call body. Learn to access these layers of self in a supportive space. One on one Body Resilient sessions create a container for exploration—journey within to find a wealth of wisdom, unlock your deepest potential and heal from the inside out.
As your space-holder, I bring over twenty years of experience in yoga and mediation, a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology and I am a registered Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. But as your space holder, the session isn’t about me–it’s about you. Together we learn your pacing and rhythm as you uncover the wealth that awaits. You have everything you need for your health and healing–our time together helps you unlock it.
start your journey – we begin with a five-session series—by the end of these five sessions together you will know your greatest resources and how to access them in difficult moments. You will know how you want to show up in life and be able to feel when you are and are not in resonance with that. You will have identified your core values and how they help you set boundaries, goals, and direction.
