During our week, we’ll be nourished in nature–our rooms and yoga space designed to take in the views. Twice daily yoga practices and yogic philosophy of the five elements woven throughout the week is a perfect way to dive deeper into your practice, or to re-inspire your teaching.

Our retreat includes excursions–stand up paddle boarding on a lake, an agrotourism farm visit and meal, and a sunset hike & yoga experience.
