I have been teaching yoga for over 18 years and training teachers of yoga for 10 years. I completed my Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology in 2013 and my Advanced Level SE Training in 2014. I offer mentoring, coaching and support to yoga teachers as well as private sessions to yoga students who would like to deepen their practice, work through injuries, or continue their studies in the broader field of yoga. I also offer small group mentoring sessions for yoga teachers.
Alongside my yoga-based clients, I also work with individuals wishing to integrate their therapeutic process in an embodied way. I use the principles of SE, along with my years of work in the field of embodied arts, to help bring body & spirit together in the healing process. The focus of my work is to support clients so they come to know and feel the amazing resources available to them through their own resilient bodies and their more regulated nervous systems.
I enjoy collaborating with skilled psychotherapists and mental health practitioners to create a wellness team that includes embodied awareness & touch work, whether that be through additional private sessions, or small group work including yoga & resiliency skills.
